I emailed and a salesman named Trey Teague stayed in contact with me about when I would be coming in. He was a little bit over persistent, but that is to be expected. I told him when I would come in and he was very accommodating. On Friday, the 25th, I went in later in the evening and he was very pleasant at first. We took a test drive, talked a little and he was very nice. When he brought back the paperwork on what they would be offering me as a trade in, I very politely questioned it as it was much too low in my opinion. I even showed him Car Guru where I was offered much more. I told him I understood that I would not get what I would if I sold it, but that what he was offering was not enough. This is where it turned. His whole demeanor changed. He became rude and condescending. Basically telling me that my car could not be sold there anyway and it would have to be auctioned (Ford Expedition 2012). He then said in a round about way that it was not like they needed my sale (he may have meant the trade in, but that is not how it sounded). I then got up and said I was going to wait for my friend before I proceeded. If I had not wanted the car so badly, I would have left. I had been looking for this car for over a year. My friend works with all the dealerships so he made a call to the service director. In the meantime, Trey came over to see if I was ready. I told him I was waiting for my friend and that it was ok, he did not need my sale anyway. He got very angry with me and said that he did not say that. I told him he said something to the effect of that. He stormed off mumbling. Finally, he came back and offered $1000 more for the trade in. I thanked him and said I would still wait for my friend. Once my friend came, his whole demeanor changed again back to the nice guy. I believe this because of the business they do with King (Regian) in the tools department. The director of the service department (I think Sam May?) was extremely polite and asked me what he could do to help the sale. Also, Mr. Ruiz was extremely nice as well. The financial person was not very nice either. He was extremely condescending to both my friend and me. The attitude only came when we would ask questions. Overall, this dealership does not like when a customer questions anything. How is that ok? In the end, I bought it and Trey started treating me much better (calling me ma'am which he did not before), but the change treatment after I questioned one thing was unacceptable. Luckily I really wanted this car, otherwise I would have went to Dodge. I will never go to this dealership again if I can help it. More

Disappointed by time I had to wait. I had an appointment at 1:00 p.m. to have my oil changed. I arrived at 12:50 and my car was not taken in until after 1:30. Dissappointed When I went up to my car that was being serviced for a recall, I noticed that they had not properly attached the engine guard. Problem if it falls off, I could run over it causing damage or it could flip onto another car. Also the low tire light was on. Why would they not take the time to check the tire pressure. Lazy, Lazy Lazy. I could not do anything about it at the time because I have already been there for 3.5 hours and had an appointment 2 hours away with one hour to get there. They not once offers a rental car. Really disappointed in the workmanship and service. Kenny on the other hand was so polite and funny, as well as hospitable. More
