Colton was friendly and made the process much less stressful than I felt it would be. The support of others around the dealership during our time there was wonderful as well. Justin is a patient sales person Justin was quite patient with .me. I first met him when I was 'just looking' at the Kona model. That eventually turned into my frequent visits, asking questions..also telling him I wasn't ready to purchase a car. Finally, on one of my visits I told Justin that I was putting my house up for sale...then, it became as soon as I sell the house I can buy. All this time Justin was very patient. Finally, I told him I could buy the model I wanted..a Kona Ultimate..turbo; in Sonic Thunder. Yes, I changed my mind from Surf Blue. The day had arrived where I could trade my 10 year old Sonata for the 2019 Kona. I would recommend that anyone wanting to purchase a Hyundai at Greg May Hyundai, please as for Justin. He is really an honest, patient, kind salesperson. I wish there were more like him. More

Poor process Scheduling a 50 minute wait for customers is not good service. I was told that the service department scheduled the 50 minutes because of the work loa Scheduling a 50 minute wait for customers is not good service. I was told that the service department scheduled the 50 minutes because of the work load. If they know their work load then why have customers come in that much ahead of time. When this was pointed out and explained to them a process that might be considered to help improve their flow and customer satisfaction I was told “I see your point” and magically got my oil change completed prior to the 50 minutes I was originally given. Note: service is what I did for a living. More

Didn't perform service as requested Extremely disappointed with our last encounter with this dealership. Had a 9AM appt on a Saturday to change the oil, rotate the tires, and repair a s Extremely disappointed with our last encounter with this dealership. Had a 9AM appt on a Saturday to change the oil, rotate the tires, and repair a slow leak in the left rear tire. Arrived at 11:45 and still had to wait 45 minutes for them to complete the work. Obviously, they took other customers ahead of us. The service manager said he wouldn’t charge for the rotation since I had to wait so long. Today we discovered that we still have a leak in the LEFT REAR TIRE. Evidently the reason they didn’t charge was because they DIDN’T FIX THE LEAK and DIDN’T ROTATE the tires. More
