Deceptive advertising I received a coupon for a free oil change and was notified my car was due for a 20,000 mile check up. After the work was done, They refused to honor the coupon saying it was intended for another vin number. Just a deceptive way to get me to use their service department. Amazingly, after I expressed my discontent, the manager offered me a free oil change on my next visit! Why not just reimburse me for this one, like I asked? Obviously auto get me back into this place for more “ needed” service work. Pathetic. I will never purchase another car from this dealer. More

I brought the car I made an appointment online for 15000 mile service on my 2018 Santa Fe Sport at Greg May Hyundai for Friday, 11/15/19 at 11:30 AM. I brought the car in a few minutes early so I had to wait for a service rep to come to the desk. After about 5 minutes, the rep came and told me that he was booked solid and my appointment was not in his schedule. I showed him the email confirmation and the confirmation number for my appointment. He was able to work me in and complete the requested service on time. However, it is beyond comprehension how a nationally known automobile provider could have an online service system that does not work. Further, when I got there, I had to spend some time with the service manager to correct a $30 overcharge for a service I did not request. I normally do not expect this kind of problem with my automobile service. More
