Suddenly the next morning, the car was ready before 8 am and the warranty that somehow didn't apply magically applied after all. Agent begged me to give a five star review despite knowing I was unhappy and had resorted to emailing his boss. So, they can do a good job, but only after you threaten to tell everyone you know never to do business with them. More

I think he recognized that I would need my car or a loaner without even asking me. Long story short, he put me on hold (very briefly); came back and told me to bring it ASAP.
