Better than the first experience Finance man was extremely rude to me upon my first purchase with my fiancé. Arguing with me about the extra warranty that I thought was not worth $25 Finance man was extremely rude to me upon my first purchase with my fiancé. Arguing with me about the extra warranty that I thought was not worth $25 extra a month (which it is not) and proceeded to try to explain why it is like I’m an idiot and not entitled to my opinion or say no. Came off sexist like I didn’t know what he was talking about and overall too pushy. Justin is however a great salesman and is not pushy at all, he helped make it a much more enjoyable process for the second car I bought. If it wasn’t for Justin I would’ve visited another dealer for sure. Ramsey was awesome as well and very helpful with explaining Texas titles/taxes etc. More

Satisfied with outcome I was initially very unhappy with how long the service took. Especially since I had a booked appointment, but at the end when I expressed my concern I was initially very unhappy with how long the service took.
