They seemed like they were cutting us a pretty great deal, but then when it came down to it, they had just shaved off "complementary" warranty and maintenance packages that "come with" your new car to make it look better, and when added back on, was still a good price, but not the deal they acted like they were giving us, so just make sure you pay attention when negotiating price. Drove almost 200 miles to purchase vehicle. I saw the Hyundai Palisade that I wanted at Greg May Hyundai when searching on Auto Trader. I was told by over 5 different dealers in the Houston are I saw the Hyundai Palisade that I wanted at Greg May Hyundai when searching on Auto Trader. I was told by over 5 different dealers in the Houston area that I would have to wait 3-4 months before I could get the Palisade that I wanted. I not only found it at Greg May Hyundai...I paid a couple thousand less than I would have paid in Houston area. I communicated with salesman, Terry Teague via e-mail and text and it made my buying experience very nice. All of the salesmen were very nice and polite...at no time did I feel pressured into buying. It's hard to purchase a vehicle being a female but I felt that I was not taken advantage of and got a reasonable money for my trade in also. Definitely recommend this dealer and would make the drive again for such a good deal. More
Disappointing New guy in sales had me drive an SUV I told him I couldn’t afford. Sure enough...can’t afford it. Ended up driving the car originally made appointment to test drive. Of course it was $1,000 more than listed on website due to “input error” which was not my fault but it was explained to me that in the end, I DID save $1,000. Of course, signed all the paperwork only to find out I needed to RE-SIGN because they put wrong bank. This also meant I had to call my insurance company again to update and pay to reprint my card. Well just got a phone call from the finance guy who is now back at work and said I need to RE RE sign because paperwork still not right. And then Mr. Finance had the nerve to try and blame ME. No. I don’t think so. Get it together! Not my fault you guys keep making mistakes. Figure. It. Out. Beyond frustrated and fed up. I know you know who this is. More

I have been coming to this particular Hyundai place since 2008 and Kenny has been one of the Best ! This is my fourth Hyundai from this dealership and recently bought my Elantra in September. I had the WORST experience ever in buying this vehicle out of all previous ones. Kenny and the service department on the other hand represented true customer service from this dealership this past service and previous. More
A series of unfortunate events First, the system wouldn’t allow me to make an appointment conveniently on my iPhone, I had to go to a desktop. I made the appointment online, receive First, the system wouldn’t allow me to make an appointment conveniently on my iPhone, I had to go to a desktop. I made the appointment online, received a confirmation email and text then received two text reminders. Arrived for the appointment, no record of the appointment. Rescheduled and went back another day. Told the guy at my last service I was told there was a part that was recalled by the manufacturer and they’d order it and install it at my next service. No record of this part. Reordering it for my next service appointment. Paid and left. Later that day I noticed when I started my car that a ‘Service Needed’ message was popping up. Went back so they could reset that since it wasn’t done when I was there. The kid at the counter was nice and did what he could to help. Said they were changing to a different online appointment setting platform to which I suggest turning off the broken one in the meantime. Seems like some big wig in charge would have already done that. I’ve been three or four times and never had a single issue before. Hopefully this is a one off. More
