As an overview, when we plan on purchasing a vehic We can't provide enough praise for Paul Malvaez, Ramsey Ruiz and the Greg May Hyundai dealership. As an overview, when we plan on purchasing a vehicle we do an inordinate amount of research (dealer cost, incentives, rebates, etc) and arrive at a dealership very knowledgeable about the product. We ask many questions and are told we're "tough" negotiators, which I guess is rare. Throughout the purchasing process Paul and Ramsey worked tirelessly answering our many questions and when it came to the bottom line they worked to make the deal much better than we financially hoped for. In addition, the specific vehicle we wanted was not available in the state of TX so they researched and found it in Nashville, TN. After agreeing to buy the vehicle, if they shipped it in, the dealership made the arrangements and 2 days later our new vehicle arrived on a flat bed trailer. I might add that we have the distinction of being Greg May Hyundai's longest vehicle transfer to date. It cost us nothing extra and the dealership was more than happy to make our purchase the one we wanted. Not only that when the vehicle arrived and was ready for delivery Paul spent at least an hour, if not two, answering our many questions on all the "bells & whistles". To be candid, we felt we were asking too many questions but he seemed to enjoy showing us all the vehicle had to offer so we kept asking! We have gone to other dealers for vehicles but have never had a better experience or dealt with such good people than those at Greg May Hyundai. We recommend them at the highest level. More

Although staff were friendly & courteous, the length of time waiting for a very basic assessment and parts order was ridiculous. I had a scheduled appointment for 3:30, arrived at 3:37 and only left at abo time waiting for a very basic assessment and parts order was ridiculous. I had a scheduled appointment for 3:30, arrived at 3:37 and only left at about 5:25! There was little follow up on status until I got up and asked & no apologies at all about the delay. Staff seemed to care very little about the customer. I’m paying over $300 to get a side mirror on a 2009 Accent replaced which is expensive & they just had a sort of “take it or leave it” type attitude. I can’t say I’d recommend this dealership for servicing but as it’s the only one locally they have a captive customer base in some ways. Please help your staff do better with customer service: if something is taking a while, let them know what kind of wait to expect. Apologize for delays. Ask questions like, is there anything I can help with or do you have any questions, try put yourself in the customer’s shoes & think preemptively how you would want to be treated. Those are some of my suggestions. It seems to me that these are young, inexperienced staff that need some more management oversight. More
