Customer Service Paul Malvaez is an AWESOME salesman!!!! He was very informative, very helpful and he actually sat in the vehicles I was interested in and explained as Paul Malvaez is an AWESOME salesman!!!! I don't ever see that anymore from any other salesman I have met over the years. I really do appreciate him. Ramsey Ruiz was great also on working out a great deal for me on my showroom floor purchase. I appreciate him as well. They both were very polite. Ramsey understood when I explained to him that I wanted to make sure Paul received all of the commission from the sale of my vehicle, because I had been in a few days before shopping used vehicles for my youngest son however the salesman that helped us that day had a terrible attitude and I refused to give him my sale. PEOPLE NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT GREAT OR EVEN GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHAT MAKES OR BRAKES YOU!!!! That's why it was a great experience working with Paul and Ramsey!!!! Don't judge a book by it's color nor by whether or not they look like they have money, because you never know who you're discriminating against!! THE FINANCE GUY ALMOST COST PAUL THIS SALE THOUGH, BECAUSE HIS ATTITUDE WAS MESSED UP TOO TRYING TO FORCE ME TO PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY SEVERAL TIMES AFTER I HAD ALREADY DECLINED BY FEEDING ME THESE BS STORIES ABOUT OTHER CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY NEEDED SOMETHING REPAIRED!!! DON'T TRY TO GUILT TRIP CUSTOMERS INTO BUYING ANYTHING WHEN THEY'VE ALREADY SAID NO!!! NO MEANS NO!!!! Another reason why I really enjoyed working with Paul because he didn't do any of that for the sale of the vehicle. He stuck to facts about the company and the vehicles that I was interested in nothing else and that was GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!! Other staff can definitely learn from him and Ramsey on what great customer service means. If Paul or Ramsey are no longer at Greg May Hyundai the next time I want to purchase I'll most definitely take my business out of town before I deal with anymore uppity white men with bad attitudes!!! This is my 3rd Hyundai purchase from the showroom floor in the last 14 years. You would think folks would have better sense once they find out you're a repeat customer with excellent credit!!! More
