Also, my understanding of these issues is better too. On a technical level, it turns out that aside from the filter replacements, their recommendations were keen to replace the transmission and brake fluid, as I had verified that I am due for that. I contacted my previous service center to verify they were never performed. I recommend that in place of performing any unexpected services, people know their car service history well, and unlike me, don't jump to conclusions. While there are still other areas for this dealer service center on which to improve, I feel confident returning back to them. *Previous Review* When I arrived for my scheduled service (oil change), there was no one willing and ready to receive and begin the service. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes as another staff member continued his phone conversation and one other continued walking in and out and talking to me about her allergies while chatting with a UPS driver / also walking with him. The guy on the phone eventually asked my last name and said he’d take care of it. I sat down on a couch and noticed it took another 15-20 minutes for my car to even get back to the service shop. 30 minutes later, a staff member came to me saying my oil change was almost complete, but that there were a few things the mechanic wanted to see about replacing. This included my cabin air filter, engine air filter, transmission fluid, and brake fluid. I asked if there was something actually wrong, because this is stuff I can do myself and even had done at recent, regularly scheduled maintenance and repairs, and I was told they no, they had not diagnosed anything, and that I probably had it all done like I said anyway. This was a huge red flag for me. I’m used to dealer service centers trying to tack on another service here and there, but to recommend $400 of services that were based in no actual observation or problem is wrong. Later when I got home, I checked all these potential problems myself and saw that the filters were clean and the fluids full and in good condition. I worry about others who succumb to this predatory practice. More

I met Justin Owens, a salesman and liked him immediately. He showed me every vehicle I expressed and interest in. He encouraged me to drive in any that I that I might want. We spent several hours and several days looking at and driving different vehicles. He made what was a difficult decision (I have been recently widowed and this was a very big step for me) a very enjoyable one. I have been very pleased with my purchase. This is my fourth Hyundai vehicle and my third Santa Fe. I would recommend Greg May Hyundai and Justin Owens for any vehicle needs. Josh Smith and a nice young man named David brought my new car to my home and connected the garage door opener to the car. I appreciate them doing that for me. More

Much Better My last experience was not good one and I was ready to throw in the towel BUT gave them another chance and they were really awesome. Justin and Ramsey were awesome!! So attentive and accommodating. I contacted Greg May dealership by email Thursday evening and by Saturday afternoon I was driving off the lot after my car was deliver accommodating.
