It was ok I took my car in for recalls, oil change, tire rotation and "whatever scheduled maintenance it might need since I was last in 15k miles earlier". I go I took my car in for recalls, oil change, tire rotation and "whatever scheduled maintenance it might need since I was last in 15k miles earlier". I got the recall and oil change. When I asked about the scheduled maintenance, especially the 45k list which is quite long in the manual, I got a blank stare like they'd never heard of "scheduled maintenance". Are my brakes fine? Do my spark plugs or AC filter really not need changing, does anyone know? Apparently "that car didn't need anything". So I can only assume he was referring to the "multi-point inspection", whatever that is, and I took my keys and left. Hopefully they are right. I'm not against their service overall, after all, they should know what's required and be itching to sell it to me, but if this site is going to force me to answer "Would you recommend" then it really needs a "Not Sure" button. More

They made it worse than how it was when I brought it to them. I came in because I was having A/C issues, then when I picked it up the “new” A/C it only worked for an hour before slowing down entirely, the them. My experience was amazing, very friendly, honest, they all worked hard to get me the payment i wanted and in the vehicle i wanted. I know it wasnt easy but they did it! I was not well pleased with the salesperson I had for several reasons but I should have stood my ground and did not. That person is no longer there.
