Very Disappointing Went in for service on my a/c, oil change and air filter change. I was told it would take approximately 2 hours and that I would receive a phone call Went in for service on my a/c, oil change and air filter change. I was told it would take approximately 2 hours and that I would receive a phone call when it was ready or if there were any other findings. 2 hours turned into 6 hours and several phone calls for status report from myself not the service dept. Every phone call resulted in "Give me 20 minutes to get pricing". They found a leaking head gasket and without contacting me, they focused on that. I haven't had a bad experience there before, however this time when I took my car for a second opinion the following day after receiving service, I was shown the dipstick that indicated that I was low on oil and it did not appear to be changed (looked dirty) I was charged for the oil change, air filter, and diagnostic on the a/c. I am just not confident that I received the service that I paid for and because I did not sit at the dealership waiting on my car, it was not a priority and took far longer than it should have especially considering that no major work was done. Very Frustrated. More

I came into Greg May Hyundai for a test drive June 3rd at 4:45 in the afternoon. To be honest, I was unsure what vehicle I wanted.
