Great greeting and cordiality. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The issue with our Tuscon is a bit difficult to pinpoint. I don't think it has quite been resolved as of yet. I saw online Greg May had the vehicle I was interested in and visited the dealership. In less than a couple of minutes Justin was outside greeting me. He was professional, friendly and asked me the right que and visited the dealership. In less than a couple of minutes Justin was outside greeting me. He was professional, friendly and asked me the right questions given my situation. All of this made the process quick and easy. Now I’m driving the car I’ve wanted for months. Thank you again, Justin! More
Everything went well during my service visit. My only suggestion is to make sure the greeter guides the customer to the new service lounge. I hadn't visited since the remodel, and I wandered into the old waiting area where new buyers are now waiting. It was no big deal; only a suggestion. More
FRAUD! ! BRIBERY!! COMMUNICATION!! Horrible communication from the start. Scheduled six services to be completed and the service advisor only scheduled ! BRIBERY!! COMMUNICATION!! Horrible communication from the start. Scheduled six services to be completed and the service advisor only scheduled one. When I received a confirmation email, I called back to verify the services and was told I am scheduled in their system for all six and the email I received will only show the “first serviced entered”. Then received a confirmation phone call from the dealer to confirm our appointment and when I asked to tell me what we were scheduled for, the caller was only able to confirm the “first serviced entered”. When I said to her we had more scheduled, she responded, “well we probably won’t have time to do all that. After being placed on hold for several minutes, twice, the services were scheduled. The following day, I made a mid day follow up call to make sure the car would be ready by the close of business. When I asked which services had been completed and which services were left, I was given a list of services I did not ask for, nor wanted, and the services remaining were missing the ones I requested. After speaking with the service advisor and the “supervisor”, I was reassured that everything would get done on time. When we arrived to pick the vehicle up, we were given the paperwork that showed services we requested were not done and we were being charged for services we did not authorize or request. The service manager stated, “we are getting a heck of a deal”. To compensate for the services not requested nor authorized they CHARGED us for the services we DID NOT REQUEST/AUTHORIZE and did not charged nor document the services we did request. When we asked if the services we requested were even done, the service manager kept reassuring us they were done, “just left off the paperwork” and “it’s a better deal for you”. HERES THE BRIBERY!!!!! The service manager stated to us, “you will be getting a Survey and if you will just remember the favor I just did for you in exchange for a 5 star rating, that would be greatly appreciated.” We payed the bill and left. HERE IS THE FRAUD!!!!!!!, We had new tires installed on the vehicle and requested an alignment and one of the other services was a transmission service. During the mid day check up phone call, the service advisor stated the the car was in need of new struts, we declined this service and stated we would take the vehicle elsewhere given quotes from other shops were coming in $700-$1200 less than the dealer and DO NOT DO THE ALIGNMENT SINCE IT WILL HAVE TO BE REDONE. We were charged for an alignment and a transmission service. A couple days later we took the vehicle to a nationally known and well respected independent auto repair center to get the struts and alignment done. Turns out none of the bolts underneath the vehicle had been touched and when the alignment shop attempted to align the car, it would not align due to a bent cross arm. We kept the part as proof. After the bent part was replaced, the car had a perfect alignment. As too the transmission getting serviced, there does not appear to be any evidence that would lead another service tech or any reasonable person to conclude it was serviced. Maybe it could have, but again, no signs. We normally don’t do these types of surveys nor do I really make a appoint to give negative feedback but after everything that transpired and to find out that the car wasn’t even aligned yet we were charged for an alignment is very disappointing to say the least. We absolutely have no trust in this Stealership and will continue to warn others to stay away. More
