My silver Greg May Hyundai license plate holder had been broken and I asked if I could get another one. I even mentioned that I'd be willing to pay for it. The lady on the phone said that she would need t broken and I asked if I could get another one. I even mentioned that I'd be willing to pay for it. The lady on the phone said that she would need to let me talk to parts. I told her that I didn't think I needed to do that because it was the thing that ALL of the cars get on their license plate. I told Parts the same thing that I needed the silver thing She said that she had one in stock and it would be $34. I was a little shocked that that little license plate holder was that expensive. When I got to the dealership on Saturday, I told the man at the desk that I needed an oil change, rotation of tires, and the license plate thingy!! The oil change was super fast and when I went to pay, he told me it was $64. I went ahead and paid for it. I only wanted the silver license plate holder. The service guys should have seen that the bracket on the car was not broken. I love my car but was disappointed in the way my service was handled this time. More
