had an appointment at 1pm to change oil only did not get out until after 2pm when i checked on my car i found out that it was done but no one bothered to tell me and they had not done the bill. then they a out until after 2pm when i checked on my car i found out that it was done but no one bothered to tell me and they had not done the bill. then they added $200.00 to what they gave me and said that they needed to do this work which i had not asked for i turned it down and did not appreciate it added then ask me if i wanted it done. we have bought 5 vehicles over the years from this dealership there will be no more.
