Salesman I dealt with did not answer one question I asked for 2 days. Just kept saying "when can you come in? Can you come in today? I'll have to talk to my manager to answer that (never did). So I called and ask for sales manager who answered everything I wanted to know in 5 minutes and we made a deal. Found out the salesman was the Manager's brother. However, after we left we realize though the car was advertised as having "NAVIGATION", IT DID NOT. Also, it was advertised is having SUN/MOON ROOF, IT DID NOT. I paid cash for the car and drove it home before I realized it had neither Nav or Sun/Moon roof. I did not participate in test drive, only my wife. It was only a 5 minute ride and she didn't try to use the non existent Navigation and also did not notice the lack of sun/moon roof. More
