Our Palisade went in for a typical Check-up and repair of a window (recall) wind noise. Ryan, our voice in the repair shop, concluded that our vehicle 'didn't meet the dated requirements' to have the window a window (recall) wind noise. Was not planning on buying a new car. Was just bringing our Veracruz in for service. We loved our Veracruz, she was an excellent vehicle but may have been starting to show her age. Everyone we spoke to were courteous and friendly. No pushiness. I was really pleased when I went to pick up my car and the dealership had already thought ahead and was able to get the windows tinted and I didn't have to schedule that for a future date. The sales representative Jacob Flores kept me up to date on the entire process and did an excellent job showing me the car features and explaining what they do and how they work. I had a great experience and have already referred three other people to visit the dealership and see what they can do to purchase a new or preowned car for great prices and fast , easy, simple , and professional service with the whole process. I had the best experience buying my car. I live far away from Waco so my main concern was knowing for sure everything was going to work out so if I drove out there it would be worth my time I live far away from Waco so my main concern was knowing for sure everything was going to work out so if I drove out there it would be worth my time. I called around noon and spoke with Justin Owens regarding the Santa Cruz I wanted. I explained my location situation and that I wanted as much confirmed before I drove out there. By 3pm I had all the information I needed from him and it was a done deal. Justin sent me the information right away even with adjustments. My payment was almost exactly what we estimated via email/phone. It was by far the easiest car buying experience I've had yet. I was a nervous wreck too because I was nervous/excited. Justin made everything too easy and I'm glad made the call to Greg May in Waco. More
