Terrible communication from dealership. Car was in due to engine failure. Warranty covered small block replacement. Picked up car finally only to find rats had been in car eating items in seat, car was not d engine failure. Warranty covered small block replacement. Unsafe to drive! Cannot believe they did not properly check car out before releasing. Took car back next day. No word as of yet. Service has been a nightmare! Very upset how this experience has been. This is our third vehicle from dealership and not real sure I would purchase again. So sad and hooe they make it right. More

Excellent dealership!!! I bought a Palisade from here four months ago....best decision ever!!! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful; all are very patient and kind. I called for my first maintenance checkup and got a next-day appointment! The staff at the service dept. was amazing as well! I had a short wait because it was the end of the day, but the staff apologized often checked in with me to make sure I didn't need anything. More
I called and got an appointment for the next morning. My tires were wobbly. They inspected my car and found a bump on one rear tire. Suggested I replace 2 tires, but rotate them to the front. Usually my rating would be higher. I notice as soon as I left the dealership that my car was louder than normal. I went back and the guy that works there came out and drove it around the block. I insisted that I knew my car and something was wrong, just because I’m a woman doesn’t mean I don’t know how my car sounds. He popped my hood and they had forgotten to put the oil cap back on. They sort of cleaned it, I mean there was still a little oil around the cap area. I then left and went home. More
