Hi Jeff... very sorry we were unable to help you. The fact of the matter is, our service department recommended replacing items that were worn/damaged on your older vehicle due to excessive wear and tear. No parts were left off. Bill did speak to you, the conversation is documented.

Not true. I went in for service recall. The splash shield under the engine was left off, I have proof of purchase for the new one. STOP WITH THE LIES.
