Charlane, We are very sorry for the entire issue. The sensor codes that came up after you had taken delivery of the vehicle and left the dealership. While they are rare they sometimes occur. The issue was identified and corrected, actually the issue was a very simple fix. We hate the car deal did not work out as we come to work every morning to sell cars not take them back. You asked to cancel the deal and for your down payment back, you were not happy despite our best efforts. We cancelled the sale and refunded your money. After we agreed to cancel the sale and were in the process of refunding your money you stood in the middle of the showroom floor talking very loud disturbing the other prospective buyers and disrupting business. The General Manager did ask you to leave and not return. The vehicle's sensor issue was corrected before you left the dealership, the vehicle has been sold to a very happy customer.
