They gave me a loaner when my service couldn't be completed. I did think the service charge was a little high, but I guess that's what happens when you go to a dealership. Terrible service! !! Two hours to begin an oil change. Before that, we waited 15 minutes in the "Express Service" lane---with an appointment. Nobody showed up. So !! Two hours to begin an oil change. So called "Service Advisor" REFUSED to speak to me when I questioned and expressed my displeasure as to why it took 2 hours to begin an oil change. While we waited 2 hours, no "service advisor" explained the delay. If I was a masochist I certainly would consider returning for service, etc. More
