W&L Subaru - Service Center

The day of the reck we brought the car to W&L Mr. Bob Long said he would get us a car to use I told him we were ok for the weekend but did not know what we would do came Monday he told us to call the Bob Long said he would get us a car to use I told him we were ok for the weekend but did not know what we would do came Monday he told us to call the collision center and they would get us a car to use. Monday, we called they told us they had none that their cars were for the people whose cars were being fixed and we should call over to service to see if they have one, so we did, and the woman said yes just stop over. I took my wife over to pick up the car when we got there we were told they did not have any I told them I had called and they told us to come over they said we needed to talk to the collision center I said we did and they told us to get one from service I told them that Bob Long said he would get us a car to use come Monday so they then found one for us. They did get our car fixed very fast Great job but the problem is when the truck hit us the glass in the back broke and flew all over the place inside the car so when we went to pick up the car the glass was still allover the place when I told them they ran the vacuum over the back seat for 30 sec. and sent us on our way when we got home and went to put the child seat back in the car there was still glass all over the back seat and floor and in the back. this is not how we should have got our car back we were not happy.
