W&L has not fixed my Jeep for over 13 weeks! Inspection was done, needed brakes a month later… Needed a thermostat, was told might be a year till I get one, “ just drive it”… I found one in 10 Inspection was done, needed brakes a month later… Needed a thermostat, was told might be a year till I get one, “ just drive it”… I found one in 10 minutes at a local dealership. They fixed the issue. W&L could not do it! Not very impressed! More

Very good at communicating with me as the service was being done on the vehicle. Was nice at the time of the estimate as my teenage son was so upset.
