I especially liked that I could pull my car inside the service area to avoid bad weather. More
Oil Change My service went up by $20+. Since the dealership was moved, it is not accommodating at all. The hours of operation are no longer feasible for people My service went up by $20+. Since the dealership was moved, it is not accommodating at all. The hours of operation are no longer feasible for people who work. I have to take time off of work just to get my car in for service. Then, I have been told that I could not have a loaner car if I drop my car off one day and pick up the next. Not sure how I am supposed to make it work. It seems like every time I come in, employees are simply in a hurry to get out of there. That was not the case at all when we first bought out car. I am speaking strictly about your service department. Becky Kline, our sales rep has been wonderful! So, I am hoping that things will change. More

Had to have my car repainted I have been a Subaru owner since 1998 and wish i would have started with this dealership. Awesome people to work with. No hassles at all when i told I have been a Subaru owner since 1998 and wish i would have started with this dealership. Awesome people to work with. No hassles at all when i told them the paint was failing on my 2018 Crosstreck the collision Center manager told me to bring it in and after he looked at it he contacted the customer service rep and got my car in the following week for a complete repaint. It looks better than new now More
Engine light I spend the entire day there for an engine light. Each time they told me it was fixed after I drove about 5 miles it would come back on. Service visit I had the brakes replaced on my Subaru Forester as well as the oil and filter changed. The service rep told me the air filter was dirty and should I had the brakes replaced on my Subaru Forester as well as the oil and filter changed. The service rep told me the air filter was dirty and should be replaced also. I asked him to please have whoever worked on my car to put the computer screen on the dash back to where it was set when I took the car in for service. It was not done. It took me a long time to finally get it back where I wanted it set at. I was a little disappointed that the person working on the car did not do it as requested. I was pleased they could give me a loaner car to use while my car was being worked on so I could run some errands. More
