State inspection and scheduled maintenance We had another good experience with W&L for scheduled service for our outback. Oil change, state inspection, system check were requested and complete We had another good experience with W&L for scheduled service for our outback. Oil change, state inspection, system check were requested and completed in a timely manner. A tire rotation was also completed, billed and paid for but I did not request this. (rotation/balance were paid for at the retailer from whom I purchased our replacement tires. (I did not address that with the service adviser at check out - no harm done) The new waiting area is wonderful - comfortable and squeaky-clean. Coffee and snacks are available. TV news was on. I understand that there is also a "quiet area" at the dealership also. Large play area for kids is available. More

God communication and better service! Took my Impreza in to look for what I thought was a coolant leak. Turns out it was a transmission leak instead. First time Subaru owner Had our Subaru Outback in for an inspection and oil change. Every person I came in contact with at the Service Center was very friendly. I think my car was done in 30! The waiting area was comfortable and had coffee, tea, cold drinks and snacks available. Everything that was done to our car was thoroughly explained and the price was reasonable. This Service Center is run very well and would recommend it. More
