Prompt, thorough, and accommodating Earlier this week, I discovered a problem with my 2013 Subaru Forrester--just as I was about to head out of town. I called W&L and explained my dilem Earlier this week, I discovered a problem with my 2013 Subaru Forrester--just as I was about to head out of town. I called W&L and explained my dilemma. Twenty minutes later, I was at the dealership where they promised to fit me in as quickly as possible so that I could get on the road. Just over a half hour later, I drove out with my problem fixed--along with a few others that were discovered during the routine inspection service. The service staff at W&L is not just polite and friendly, but also goes more than the extra mile in helping customers like me -- folks in a pinch! I am both very grateful and very impressed with every aspect of the quality of service at W&L. I've bought two Subarus from W&L and when I get around to a third, I'm sure I'll find it there as well. More

I usually feel bored and anxious while waiting for a car diagnosis, similar to that feeling one has in an emergency room when waiting for a doctor to appear, but getting my Subaru serviced is now not to be dreaded! Electrical reoccurring problem I had an issue with my dashboard lights coming on and then certain things would not work ( cruise , emergency brake etc). It has been fixed ( or tried to be fixed ) many times. I was charged for different parts that were not the cause and the issue would return. The car was good since the last service for about 4 months and it happened again. This time it was under warranty ( fortunately after about 1500$). The service dept has always been nice and has given me a courtesy car. More
