Appointment was for a recall on my vehicle. I expected perhaps a long wait. This was a recall appointment for my vehicle. It was shorter than estimated. (The waiting room is great! very friendly atmosphere i brought in 3 cars to be serviced. 2 were recalls , one was an after used car sale promises. chip in windshield, a few scratches needed removed. i li i brought in 3 cars to be serviced. 2 were recalls , one was an after used car sale promises. chip in windshield, a few scratches needed removed. i live an hour an fifteen minutes away so transporting 3 in one day had to be coordinated perfectly so i could leave one and fix one as i was traveling to get another. the service team was flawless. Another perfect service visit! Never any issues at W&L. The waiting room was spotless and quiet and I enjoyed a complementary bottle of water and some fruit while I waited. I also picked up parts from Steve and talked to him and Nick while my car was in for service. W&L has the best parts department of anywhere around. Parts arrive quickly and correctly every time. Margie stayed a few minutes into her lunch to complete my bill and take payment and is always friendly and helpful. I could not be more pleased with the staff and facility at W&L subaru. More

Recall repair Even tho I had made my appt ahead of time - when I got there ( having over an hour drive) I was informed they ran out of the part. BUT they gave me a loaner AND offered to bring my car to me. That made it sting a bit less. By noon the following day my car was back in my possession. They stood by their word. More

Kim was just fantastic! Kim knew that I had to leave the showroom in a short amount of time, and did everything to make that possible. The amazing thing was that she handled Kim knew that I had to leave the showroom in a short amount of time, and did everything to make that possible. The amazing thing was that she handled every aspect with kindness, efficiency and understanding. She did not push her agenda at all, but graciously followed my request leaving me with a beautiful new Subaru 2019 Outback in less than 2 hours. I will certainly recommend others to her at W&L!!
