The employees are always efficient,but not very outgoin This was my third visit for routine maintenance on my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek,plus a recall fix. The employees are always efficient,but not very outgoing. I have never gotten a tour of the new facility so I walked around myself,but of course didn't know what areas I could enter. I encountered several sales people and no one seemed to care what I was doing,or offer help. I guess I'm used to the hometown Dealerships where my salesman recognized me and at least feigned interest in my well being. No one was rude.Most personnel seemed more interested in the basketball game on the televisions than customers walking around. More

Incredible customer service Our Subaru is 14 years old so needed some TLC. They treated us with incredible overall customer service. We went for our crosstrek’s state inspection and upgrade for the audio system, did an awesome jo Recently had a wonderful customer service experience. We went for our crosstrek’s state inspection and upgrade for the audio system, did an awesome job. And we asked service staff if they could help us clean the mats in the car and they did it without hesitation. Also waiting area offers beverages, snacks, magazines to read which makes the wait easy and worth it. Service staff did an excellent job. Will surely recommend W&L subaru to my friends. Thanks More
