The dealership and employees were welcoming and friendly. The environment was clean and spacious and easy to walk around as well. Any question I had, which was a lot and I was a bit of a pain, was answered with patience and kindness, not only from Joe but also Tony in finance. While I was sitting in Joe's office alone while he had numbers ran, other staff came by and said hello or checked to see how I was doing/if I needed anything. Joe and W&L made trading in my previous car and buying a new car simple, easy and relaxed. More
