Not at this time i did take it to Blaise Alexander in Montoursville due to the ignorance of that woman. My car at only 14,ooo miles had completely warped rotors with less than a week from vacation and the dealership couldn't get me in so i went to a shop that changes my oil and right beside my house. He actually had to go there to buy the rotors because nobody else had them in stock. So now i have bad rotors on the front and 3 thousand miles later at 17,000 miles i have bad tires and i knew that with my car pulling thats why i made the appointment. This woman came out with a chip on her shoulders before i ever said a word, told me twice there was nothing she could do about the rotors because they didnt do the work, and i get that i want to know why, is there a problem with my front end? Is there a problem somewhere else? Well she just really didnt know what to tell me even after i voiced my opion on all this and mentioned i bought a 43,000 vehicle there less than a year ago STILL never offered to go get anyone other than her that i do believe knows the paperwork but nothing about the actual car itself. I do run a business of my own in sullivan county pa and i do know i would nor any of my staff would act like that here. And unfortunately it cost you a customer that buys not only alot of vehicles but speaks to the public everyday, and i thank you for getting back to me. Lisa Myers
