The service was easy, fast and friendly. I love that I can schedule online. The waiting area is comfortable and quiet with fast internet which means I can work remotely. Isaac saw something wrong after the service and took it back in to make sure it was right. He also replaced the battery in my key fob. I found it very interesting that my car goes for service to W&L and the technician Called to tell me my seat was broken said it wouldn’t pass safety inspection. Then the next week my car goes for an alignme to W&L and the technician Called to tell me my seat was broken said it wouldn’t pass safety inspection. Then the next week my car goes for an alignment, and a different technician calls when I ask about the seat, he doesn’t know about the seat, can’t answer the questions about the seat that I had already asked via text message (the reason he called in the first place) and then tells me that the car would still pass safety inspection without the 1500$ repair. Let’s communicate, and let’s also not try to take advantage of our customers. I thought transferring from Blaise Alexander would be an improvement but now I’m questioning for sure. More
