Our service was less than awesome. We've been taking our cars to your dealership for almost 7 years, but this last interaction was the worst. After establishing contact with my cell phone for services to cars to your dealership for almost 7 years, but this last interaction was the worst. After establishing contact with my cell phone for services to be provided that day, after an issue arose, you decided to call and text a different number and not complete our service due to no response. We will most likely not be coming back. Its unfortunate, but i spoke with someone at your office and they made no apologies. More
The staff at W&L Subaru are friendly and very willing to help their customers. Phil Rizzo introduced us to Dale Long.. Dale was very patient and took the time to explain the entire process. Robert Shoup also couldn't have been more helpful explaining the financials. I would definitely recommend W&L Subaru to others interested in buying a new or previously owned Subaru. More

Ken was very knowledgeable and great in helping me to make a decision without pressuring me into anything. Overall a great experience which went very smoothly the whole way thru Roberts assistance with the financing, clearly explaining the options and details of the contract all the way to driving out of dealership. The truck I bought was actually from Canada so now I have to take it to another dealership to have the instrument panel changed from km to mph. They were a little fraudulent in the fact that they never said to take it to another dealership to have the instrument panel changed from km to mph. They were a little fraudulent in the fact that they never said a word to me about it being a Canadian car and no car fax was available out of the country eventhough they were well aware of all this. When I went back to them for assistance with the problem, they said I got a good deal and couldn't help me further. Not what I had hoped for in this dealership. More
Worst experience ever. I have had 4 Suburus and swear by them. I leased a 2017 Outback and after asking more than once I was told I would have equity in the car as a trade in. I have cancer and need to turn in my lease so I’m settled with a car before surgery and during recovery. First I was told to lease another car it would be $485 a month which I can’t afford and I was right to originally think there wouldn’t be equity in a trade in. I was told otherwise when I leased. I also lost the down payment I had put in to knock down my monthly payment cost. I went back last Saturday and had an appointment for 10:00. Another appointment was scheduled for 10:30 by the same salesperson and she was busy with other customers the rest of the time I was there. It was a busy day and I was shifted around to several different people who were busy and it was confusing as to what was going on. At 3:00 the salesperson noticed I was still waiting since 10AM. I went into the finance person thinking I was signing papers to pick up a car in a week. Instead I learned from my insurance company that I owned the new car. I had explained to the salesperson that it would take a week or more to get the $10,000 deposit I needed to put on the car in order to afford monthly loan payments. Remember, there wasn’t trade in equity. I was sent home with the leased car I came in with only to learn from my insurance company that I was driving an illegally registered vehicle with my insurance on it. I had turned in the lease. I called the dealership and I was offered the option of writing a check for $10,000 which would be held for two weeks or to get a loner. I took the loner not wanting to take a new car until it was paid for write a check without substantial funds. This morning the battery is dead on the loner and I missed an appointment. I called roadside service and they hung up on me. I fear I might get stuck at night without help. Th dealership did come out to charge the car but what happens if they are closed? Because it was the last day of the month and a Saturday there was more concern about getting sales quotas than good service to the customer. At times I felt like a bother. I didn’t want to purchase the car but get all of the information on cost, monthly payments, etc. instead I own a car without adequate funding and a loner that won’t start. I love my Suburus but I can’t recommend the dealership and this may be my last Suburu. I don’t need the stress with my current health. I will say that the used car manager was very helpful in getting my payment to one I could afford. My positive experience stops there. I am concerned that by writing this review it may be held against me with future service. I’m I have had positive experience with the service department in the past and I do like the cars I’ve purchased. More
