The buying experience was good. Dale explained everything well. The process of delivery (picking the car up) was quirky. After meeting with Dale we were sent to meet with Financin Dale explained everything well. The process of delivery (picking the car up) was quirky. After meeting with Dale we were sent to meet with Financing. We paid cash and were prepared for the price that Dale quoted us. At Financing we were shown extended warranty coverage that range from $1,500 to $4,000. In hindsight, I would have wanted to have that conversation before we ordered the vehicle. The finance person seemed irritated that we didn't want the extended coverage. He then gave us the final price, we wrote the check and he dismissed us to find our own way back to lobby. It felt as if, as soon as you had the money the tone changed. Tony, who went over the operations of the car was very good to us and we appreciated his patience. After getting home I reviewed the sales receipt and noticed that we were charge $587.00 for registration and tags. Seems high compared to other dealers I have worked with. So far, we like the car and are happy with the purchase. More
