Not only did I get it at invoice, I also got my rebate. Then in 2014, I bought a new 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie. Again, my salesman again was John Compston. The deal was basically done in less than a half hour, but it took the sales manager two days to see it my way. When I strike it rich, John is going to get my business when I buy a new SRT Hellcat Challenger. More

It was a specialized vehicle which was still in production so I had to wait a couple of months for it to arrive. John called me as my vehicle was rolling off the trailer, and I picked it up. I knew the exact vehicle I wanted....2013 Jeep Wrangler 4 door Unlimited in Gecko. My local dealers did not have anything close to what I wanted, so I started looking on the Jeep site for a dealer that migh door Unlimited in Gecko. Upon discovering the Benchmark had one the color I wanted, I contacted John Compston. Unfortunately, that Jeep did not have two of the factory accessories that I wanted. But, John said that if those items were indeed required, he could add them at the dealership........I continued my search. Five days later, after failing to find the right vehicle, I again contacted John. Upon hearing my voice, he asked "Are you ready to come get that Gecko Jeep?" Wow, he remembered me and the vehicle I wanted. During the next hour, the deal was made...........totally on the phone from 140 miles away. Three days later, I drove to Birmingham (met John face-to-face) and picked up my Jeep equipped exactly as I wanted. John and Benchmark CJD treated me with total respect and gave me a great deal on my new Jeep. The buying experience was "First Class" and without pressure. I bought a Town & Country from John C. in the Internet department on Saturday. It took about two hours. I was very frustrated when I got there because I had spent more than two hours and another dealer and didn't buy anything. I told him "I in a bad mood and hungry". He handed me the keys to the vehicle I bought and told me where a decent restaurant was located. In addition, he told me maybe he would make my day. HE DID! I love my new van.... I only downfall for the whole experience was they did not detail the van very well because of the late hour. I called on Monday and they told me to bring it in and they'll clean it inside and out. I would recommend this dealership and most especially John C. because I believe they treated me honest, fair, and expediently. More
Having been owners of two Jeeps, my husband and I were looking to purchase our third. We had been very pleased with our 2002 Jeep Grande Cherokee that we purchased new from Benchmark Chrysler/Jeep and we looking to purchase our third. We had been very pleased with our 2002 Jeep Grande Cherokee that we purchased new from Benchmark Chrysler/Jeep and went to just "LOOK" at the 2011 Jeeps. We came away from the lot with a new 2012 Jeep Grande Cherokee/Laredo. Our saleman, Shane, was very knowledgeable about the Jeeps, and told us up front what type of deal he could help us get. He started with the pre-owned vehicles first, not the most expensive. He worked with us in every area of the deal. Every employee from the salesman, the financial representative, to the person who cleaned our vehicle did a very good job. We left Chrysler/Jeep very satisfied customers who at this point will send others who are looking to purchase a car or SUV. More

We looked at alot of other vans. This was the cleanest van and the price was alot lower than the vans that looked awful. The employees at the dealership were all friendly and helpful.
