Service My service experience was well beyond any I'd experienced before, from the beginning, the middle, the last and beyond. Ok...The itniatial visit...shut My service experience was well beyond any I'd experienced before, from the beginning, the middle, the last and beyond. Ok...The itniatial visit...shuttle to and from work. After completing the service, I had to return the vehicle. A vehicle was provided for me until service was completed. I received phone calls timely with details of service needed and details of additional service .The additional service was not additionally charged. I do appreciate their integrity and their wanting me as a satisfied returning customer. Randy was great from start to finish. More
The worst service department ever! I have tried and tried to make things work with this service department but I have had it. I will go to another city if I have to to keep from dealin I have tried and tried to make things work with this service department but I have had it. I will go to another city if I have to to keep from dealing with these people. I have left Cliff notes about his teams lack of customer service and attitude. We have a Jeep and two RAM trucks and will not use this service department again. My last call to them yesterday (10/27) about a recall notice was put off by Tom until December 7th. This after being told the day before when I called the first time that they would have someone call me to set it up and when they did not call I called back and was told the same thing again. I told Joush (I think) that I had already called and been told that and he laugh and was very arrogant. Tom did call back however in just a few minutes. Service Center I would like to thank the service center at Benchmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and their SUPER service center manger CLIFF SMITH. I took my Jeep Liber I would like to thank the service center at Benchmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and their SUPER service center manger CLIFF SMITH. I took my Jeep Liberty to them for a heater core problem to be fixed. There were a few problems along the way, but CLIFF SMITH stepped in and made sure that I had the best customer service that Benchmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram had to offer. I waited a couple of weeks to make this review to make sure all is well and it is. My Jeep is all fixed and cleaned (they detailed it). Once again thanks to Benchmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Cliff Smith and the entire service center staff. If I had only talked with Cliff Smith, I would have given all 5 stars for everything. Cliff Smith Very Rude Service manger are wanna be service manger very rude. Got my oil changed and got 10 miles down the road and the car started smoking and pulled over an Service manger are wanna be service manger very rude. Got my oil changed and got 10 miles down the road and the car started smoking and pulled over and called the dealership and they put haley feltmen on the phone and she sat there and argued with me for a few minutes and finally she put cliff smith on the phone and he started cussing at me. Finally online I found Beachmark Chrysler and there we found what we wanted at a great price. After entering my information online, the next day, we received a call from the Internet sales department. We made an appointment and headed to Birmingham. Our salesman, Rick Besse, was personable, friendly, and seemed to have our best interest in mind. You wasn't some shady salesman. He was awesom, and he made sure we got a great deal on everything we needed. He even spent the extra time with us to make sure we knew how to use all the extra features on the car. This was by far the best experience buying a car that we have ever had and we have had others. Overall, the experience and service was outstanding and there were no next day regrets at all.
