I arrived at the Volvo dealership, ready to look over the new vehicles with updated safety features such as the rear/front camera though I was still c I arrived at the Volvo dealership, ready to look over the new vehicles with updated safety features such as the rear/front camera though I was still considering repairing my 2001 Volvo instead of taking on a new car purchase, Don Nilles did not push me toward a decision one way or another but showed me the vehicles available that would meet my needs and explained the extensive safety features of the 2016 cars. We then met with Tony Keovoraboth who worked out the pricing and trade-in, incorporating the current sale incentive and the price that Tony and Don came up with was enough to convince me to buy a new Volvo. When I returned to make the purchase, all the details were efficiently handled by Mike Williams for the trade and financing. My car was ready and presented with fanfare, reinforcing the attention to detail that Volvo of Tucson and its employees are noted for. Though I was anxious about the complexities of the digital features inside the car, Don Nilles and Manny Tellez tutored me on the systems, making sure that I was comfortable before driving away in my new Volvo. They encouraged me to return or phone at any time that I would like to review more operational details and I will surely do so. My car buying experience was very comfortable and I offer my thanks and compliments to the team. More

Previously Owned Vehicle Purchase My wife and I went to look at a vehicle to replace the C-30 I have been driving for 5 years. We had been shopping for 4 months and had looked at several other dealerships and several different manufacturers, but just hadn't found the right fit for us. Nora likes to look at ALL the possibilities before making a decision and I wanted her to be satisfied with the choice even though this was to be my ride. We returned to a dealership where we have purchased three cars over 15 years - Volvo of Tucson. I made an appointment to see Rob early in the week. He greeted us and began showing us all the cars that we had told him we wanted to see. We looked them over, he got keys so we could sit in them to get a feel of what they might be like, and we talked about cars. I quizzed Rob on the new features of different models and asked about the process of the dealership acquiring vehicles for the lot. I was impressed that he generally knew the features of most vehicles on the lot just from a quick glance at the car. I play devil's advocate sometimes and Rob played along and seemed to enjoy the challenge of buyer education. We homed in on a vehicle Nora and I both liked and drove it around the block. It was super nice - but after some discussion decided to look at some other lower priced alternatives. So we drove another vehicle that was bargain priced and that I liked a lot. Rob wrote up an estimate of what it would cost - an out-the-door cost (my favorite kind). But, Nora was busy on her android looking at other similar vehicles on the V of T lot - and so we went to look at two other, similar vehicles that weren't quite ready for sale - but just needed cleaning before they could be offered for sale. One of the back-lot vehicles had the features, the quality and very good pricing we were looking for. Rob and Tony talked to us about the trade-in and allowed us to negotiate a good price. Rob accelerated the preparation schedule and drew up the paperwork for the deal. We had to leave the dealership for another appointment while the car was cleaned and detailed. When we returned several hours later, Mike walked us through all of the paperwork - including a loan - in an impressively expeditious manner (sometimes this can take quite a bit of time). The 2013 S60 T5 looked brand new as I sat down in it for my lesson in how to operate and access the programmable features of the vehicle. Rob went over each detail with the patience of Job as the sun was setting. We are very happy with the performance of this dealership. I do feel that they go the extra mile to get their customers into the right vehicle for them. Each step of the process was handled professionally. It made our decision much simpler. More

Unresponsive Sales Organization Visited this dealership last April trying to buy a new Volvo. They did not have the model we wanted and promised to check and follow-up. Returned earlier this week for service on our 2004 Volvo (Excellent Service Dept by the way) and once again tried to buy a new car. Once again they did not have the model we wanted and promised to check further. We specified exactly what we wanted and returned the next day. They had not done any further checking as promised. Once again we specified what model and features we wanted. They promised to search and let us know by this AM. We had to call them only to be told that the Sales Manager lost his system password and could not check for us. Keep in mind we had to call them--they never called us. So here we are after 3 trips to this dealership and several follow-up calls with no new car. Simply the worst car buying experience ever. More
