Salesman was not pushy but very respectful. I searched for a Honda Civic on line and found one at the Volvo dealership. Manny answered my email inquiry very quickly. Since the car was not ready I searched for a Honda Civic on line and found one at the Volvo dealership. Manny answered my email inquiry very quickly. Since the car was not ready for a test drive, I looked into other options. I told Manny I was searching elsewhere and was interested in another Civic, at another dealer. He was very respectful and did not pressure me with e-mails or calls to see what I had decided. After a week, I came back and bought the Civic at Volvo of Tucson with no hassles. I got great deal and Manny's customer service was exceptional. More

Great Costumer Service I was in a car wreck, which totalled my car. I found a car I liked on cars.com, and it was located at volvo of Tucson. I emailed the dealership and in I was in a car wreck, which totalled my car. I found a car I liked on cars.com, and it was located at volvo of Tucson. I emailed the dealership and inquired about the car, and got an early morning email from the Internet salesman, Manny Telez. Manny was wonderful to deal with. He went over and above to get me into the car even before I had my money from the insurance company. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Volvo of Tucson! More
