We just went to have a look at a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox we were interested in while we waited for our credit union to get back to us about financing. We only just arrived in the country and had no idea if we could even get a car loan, and if we could we were expecting a 13% interest rate which was the standard rate for no credit history. Our credit union rejected us, but Mike and Tony found us financing with another credit union at 5.99%! We had our two year old son with us and Mike did all he could to keep him entertained. I mostly dealt with Mike and Tony at the dealership but everyone there was very friendly and accommodating. They had an insurance broker come to meet me at the dealership to get insurance sorted and overall there was very little effort required on my part, a big change from the last country I lived in. If Volvo of Tucson has a car you're interested in, I can highly recommend them. More

Excellent Company & Great Customer Service I was sent via a referral from another dealership that was unable to help with a car that fit my current credit and financial situation. Showed up on a Saturday just to see what was offered. Manny asked a few questions, showed us a car, and to my surprise we left with the car shortly there after. Outstanding Emoyees and customer service Changed my mind about how I wanted to finance my car after paper work had been done and finance dept advised. They had strongly recommended that I not pay cash so that was how the temp contract was written!! My financial advisor recommend this was not the best route as it would get killed by taxes. So back I went to see is they would change it and modify the contract and they did! Thank you Scott Pottier, Finance Manager and Tony Keovorabouth, Sales Manager for going above and beyond to change Temp contract for Me. Best Automotive Agency I have ever dealt with! Manny Tellez went the extra mile to make sure i was a happy customer, keeping the Volts charged, for one thing, or showing up the Saturday after Christmas for test drives in the cold. and all this without any pressure whatsoever. i got the exact car i wanted at a great price. so far so good and i'm REALLY enjoying my 2013 Volt! thank you Volvo of Tucson! I called Richard Lake and he was extremely helpful, suggested that I have it towed and arranged to get me to the rental car place. He made a very uncomfortable situation so much better and gave us excellent advice along the way. The car was repaired so quickly that I was amazed. He is exceptional! More
Impeccable/Outstanding Customer Service! In early September 2015, my wife and I set out for a new car with safety as our number one priority (10 month old little girl). After some very intens In early September 2015, my wife and I set out for a new car with safety as our number one priority (10 month old little girl). After some very intense investigation online, we set out for a visit to Volvo of Tucson and were greeted immediately by one of the nicest and most cordial guys I've ever met: Rob Waterman. I can't begin to tell you how refreshing it is to know that there are still guys like Rob in sales, as our entire experience (from ordering to pickup 3 months later) was nothing short of outstanding. The process of ordering a 2016 XC90 from Sweden is far from flawless, but it was very clear that it was not Rob or anyone at Volvo of Tucson's fault, but rather lies on the back of Volvo Sweden (separate review on the ordering process with Volvo). Back to Rob...so after three months of torturing Rob with "any update?" on an almost biweekly basis (what can I say, its an unbelievable car!), it finally arrived. Now here is where things got interesting...So the car was slated to arrive on 12/10 to the Port of LA, and then needed to be transported to Tucson. After a week of no show in Tucson, Rob took the bull by the horns and got everyone from local to national on the phone in order to get the car to Tucson. Then, once the car arrived, during inspection they found a software fault that delayed the car for another week! Needless to say, I thought I would have a heart attack, not so much because I anticipated the car, but because this is a brand new car (fully paid for) and wouldn't start! This is where Rob shined...on a fully paid for car, a sales guy could have washed his hands of us and moved on to the next sale...but NOT Rob. Instead, Rob had daily communication with me (sometimes twice a day). got anyone and everyone involved to fix the problem, and then worked with the managers, owners to take care of me with the utmost respect (and even some financial incentive:)). My wife and I love Rob so much that we even bought a second car from him (2016 Volvo S60)! Words don't do Rob justice, and I can safely say that as long as Rob Waterman works at Volvo, I will be a proud Volvo owner for all future purchases. More
