Easy, no nonsense sale. We weren't too serious about getting a new car, but we saw something we liked on the internet. I entered my email and other information. Within minute We weren't too serious about getting a new car, but we saw something we liked on the internet. I entered my email and other information. Within minutes Manny had responded, and we made and appointment for the next day. Before long we had traded our current car and were driving off in our new car. Manny Tellez and Scott Pottier were nice to talk to and deal with. I had never had a car deal go as smoothly and easily as this deal. We are very satisfied with the new car. I would recommend Volvo of Tucson and Manny Tellez to any one. More

Best Experience Buying a Car - Telling Everyone! My family has now bought three cars from Rob Waterman. We love him. LOVE. HIM. I live out in Austin and had been looking at cars and SUVs for a few My family has now bought three cars from Rob Waterman. We love him. LOVE. HIM. I live out in Austin and had been looking at cars and SUVs for a few months. I had found some cars I liked, but it was mostly the salesmen who were awful. When I went home to visit my parents for the holidays, we decided to check out what was on the lot with Rob. The original car we went to see had sold the hour before, so we took a look around and I fell completely in love with a little red Volvo S60 (more expensive than the original car we went to look at). Rob knew everything there was to know about the car, helped with the paperwork, accepted my trade-in (which was a concern of mine), and patiently sat with me and went over every single function of the car and showed me how all the technical features worked. He has followed up multiple times since then as well to check in with me and the car. He went above and beyond in service, has always been extremely pleasant, and I've trusted dealing with him in cars - I do not say that lightly. I am hopeful to not buy a car for a long time, but the next time I do, I will want to buy it from Rob. I cannot say how much I appreciated his help in finding a car and making it so pleasant for me, which was something I was very anxious about. I also have to say that Scott Pottier - the Finance Manager - made a lot of the paperwork for financing the actual vehicle very easy and was exceptionally polite and helpful. Between the two of them, I will be happy to let everyone I know how lovely the car buying process was from Volvo of Tucson - I've already left positive reviews on Google and Yelp. If it is at all possible I would love for the GM to see this review and know that he has fine employees in both Rob Waterman and Scott Pottier. Thank you and I will be back! Kate McDonough More

By far the most pleasant buying experience I was searching for a truck for my mother and I came across a Nissan Pickup at Volvo. Made an appointment and took my mom in to see the truck and she loved it. Manny was patient and helped my mom get to the payment she wanted and we purchased the truck.
