Horrible experience with my XC60 Oil Consumption Recall It started with the Oil Consumption Recall which was approved, took 6 months, got car back, severe oil leak developed, car went back to the Recall It started with the Oil Consumption Recall which was approved, took 6 months, got car back, severe oil leak developed, car went back to them, another 3 months went by and I got a call to pick up car, but they called to say now it wouldn't start. Timing belt that they installed failed and destroyed the cylinder head. Another 3 months went by as they had to get a brand new cylinder head from Volvo. I drove the car for 9K miles with one oil change and then the cylinder head failed - the valves bent in only one cylinder head (extremely unusual). They have no explanation other than to say they "can't rule out that I had someone mess with the timing belt eventhough the cam was correctly timed (timing belt markings were not were they should be). They and Volvo will not cover the damages and my XC60 is a total loss. If your Volvo needs the Oil Consumption recall, DO NOT take it here. A friend of mine took theirs to the Lynnwood dealership and they had their car back in one week. More

Bad customer service, including the service manager. I requested the installation of Pilot assist. The first time they didn't do anything to my car so after 5 days I went and picked it up. Later Mr Fox ( the service manager) called me and apologize and sent a driver to pick it up, 2nd time 3 days and they couldn't do it and sent my car back (Dec 2021. I received another call once again saying, we have the solution we will call you to arrange the service, I've been waiting for a month now, left several messages. Still waiting More

Worst service ever. Had an appointment, they told me they would need my car all day so I arranged for rides. No word to me about this and I had an 8am apt somewhere the next morning. I was told they werent done yet. I asked what was not done, the answer was well, nothing was done yet. Had I not called in time I would have been out of luck the next day. I have made 3 phonecalls and sent 2 emails to various people with no response. I am in the market for another luxury SUV but it won't be through Volvo of Fife. More

We drove up from Central Oregon and we were so happy that the car was accurately represented and beautiful. The sales process was a breeze and we were driving home in less than two hours.
