I have been back 3 times for recalls on my 2016 XC90 and was just told on the phone to go to another dealership. Since my last visit Volvo on Call is no longer working and part of the recalls are still not taking care off even though I was promised a new appointment to have them fixed over 3 weeks ago. I have never experienced a dealer that charges their customers 45 cent per mile for a loaner car. I have a $85k XC90 with factory recalls and you are charging me for a loaner. Are you guys serious ??? Volvo USA should be ashamed for allowing this dealership to even exist. More
Great dealership, Service advisers are very knowledgeable, and the technician was able to find the electrical issue the other place couldn't fix, price was low compared to what everyone told me knowledgeable, and the technician was able to find the electrical issue the other place couldn't fix, price was low compared to what everyone told me to expect. Now my car drives well and no lights are flashing on the dash. More
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY. They were xxxx to deal with. Non-apologetic for their mistakes, had to have them REDO work. NEVER. AGAIN. Also when I left the "airbag disabled" light came on. WHAT! It has NEVER been on before. I drove like xxxx away from there and will fix this issue at another dealer. If some freak accident happens and I'm hurt because the airbags don't go off I will SUE them. Should have listened to the ratings I found for these liars earlier. More
I attempted to buy my new xc90 from this dealeship, but found the sales team extremely rude and hard to work with. I ended up purchasing from another Volvo dealership. Unfortunately, I have been gettin found the sales team extremely rude and hard to work with. I ended up purchasing from another Volvo dealership. Unfortunately, I have been getting my service at the Cary location and have had one awful experience after another. My brand new xc90 has had a number of problems, which they have been unwilling to help with and I've found the service manager, Jason, extremely patronizing and rude. I'm currently planning on selling my Volvo to purchase a Lexus in the next couple of weeks. I can't beleive I spent this much money on a car, and am unable to get it to work correctly. I thought having a car under Volvo warranty would make car ownership simple, but it's made it even more difficult. I would never buy another Volvo, which is ashame, as I'm sure much of the issue has to do with this dealership. More
