I had an excellent service experience this morning. They diagnosed the issue very quickly and said they had to order a part. I already knew this but they just confirmed it. I called the next day and after a much longer than normal time before anyone picked up, I found out where the "International" came from in their name since I was talking to India with someone who was difficult to understand. Terrible dealership! Lack of customer courtesy and professional empathy. Bought a new xc40 here with a minor scratch that supposed to be removed shortly after the sale. Never happened, I had to fix it professional empathy. Bought a new xc40 here with a minor scratch that supposed to be removed shortly after the sale. Never happened, I had to fix it somewhere else. I was rushed through the entire sale process into buying the car. The finance manager ‘forgot’ to add $4000 that I was putting as a down payment with a credit card in addition to cash and thought I won’t notice. Also, I got a hitch as part of the deal. It not only was a different hitch that factory installs (not retractable) but I found out that it costs about $700 less if purchased through their parts department directly with installation compared to what I paid. Rip off! Avoid at all costs! You are just a dollar sign to them! More
