I was there yesterday and purchased a brand new Volvo XC40 from Adam Washington. He treated my husband and I very well. Quite happy with him. He explained everything thoroughly. Couldn't have asked for better. And I love my car! All except the new cars do not have the interior color lighting. That was the only disappointment. Just a little thing but I liked it. I have been coming to Volvo Orland Park for over 5 years and everyone has been super accommodating and friendly. More

She was very responsive and provided the salesperson's names in a timely manner. I arrived 30 minutes early for the appointment, i was greeted upon entering the dealership. I asked for Adam Washington, and he called me by name and greeted me with a friendly hello and strong handshake. He had the car ready for me and let me test drive it without him. When I came back from the test drive, he already had my trade in valued. We started talking about the deal and we asked so many questions, if he did not know the answer he went to find out and returned in a timely manner each time. I appreciated his respect for our time. I was introduced to Fade Salama Finance Manager, during our conversation i found him to be respectful and he took time explaining the information we were not clear on. Overall, I felt that the dealership gave me a respectable deal. I recommend this dealership. The only constructive feedback i have would be to update the dealership, it is lacking the luxury essence that Volvo offers. More
