Please do not patronize this establishment! Recently when looking to purchase a car I was harassed and threatened by their General Manager, Paul Mlinko while leaving their establishment. Before leaving the staff directed us to use a specific exit since the main exit was blocked with one of their cars. When confronted the next day Kevin tried to cover for him by saying he wasn’t there previously and was very dismissive when I showed him a picture of Paul… My father found Paul sitting in his office. When my father asked him why he had threatened us the night before Paul stated, “You were being a jerk and I thought you were casing the place.” No one at this establishment seems to understand the severity of Mr. Mlinko’s actions, and how they may have costed me and my father our lives that night had the police actually shown up as he threatened. This is especially not how you treat a customer. A sales person even joked about escorting us out to make sure we’re were safe. Paul didn’t even offer an apology until the owner Ian was contacted regarding the situation. This whole ordeal still has my father and I rattled, and I am writing this review to warn others so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Please beware of wolves in sheep’s clothing ! More
Worst experience I've ever had in a dealership. Tried to buy out my lease and was told they needed to perform a "Safety check" on the vehicle that would cost me $150. I asked sales manager Marc Anderson if this was a standard process or if it was specific to this dealership. I was told he cannot speak for other brands but it is standard for Volvo. Having leased cars before I know it is not standard for other brands and after calling another Volvo dealership I also learned it is not standard for Volvo. I understand dealerships need to make their money and I have no issue with that but lying to a customers face is nothing less than disrespectful. I'm sure the $150 was very important to them or perhaps Mr. Anderson is just new to the business either way can say it was an AWFUL experience. Keystone Volvo of Doylestown was more than willing to help us out and we were in and out in a half an hour. I certainly recommend going there and not wasting your time in Fort Washington More
