After several hours we returned convinced the A4 was the car to buy. It was in great condition, had the options we were looking for and had a competitive price. After deciding on the purchase the process to settle on financing and pick up was very pleasant and efficient as well. I was pleased to see that the dealership was able to get a very low interest rate for a used vehicle and that I was able to pick up the vehicle the next day. When I picked up the vehicle Shera spent a significant amount of time going over every detail about the vehicle to ensure I was comfortable driving away knowing how to operating the many features in the car. In summary it was a great experience from start to finish. I hope service and maintenance is as good as sales. Would highly recommend purchasing a car at this dealership. More

We had an equally pleasant experience at that time. We think this dealership is very stable and has an excellent track record hiring only the best sales force. Shera, in particular, was engaging, personable, yet highly professional and knowledgeable. She was able to either answer my questions or find out the answers right away. When it came to negotiating a price, I was ready for battle. In fact, I was totally surprised, because Shera was ready to deal fairly without any game-playing at all. Marissa explained all the extras we could buy for our new car. She was highly professional, as well. She listened and was able to tailor an extended warrantee to our needs at a fraction the price of a full-blown product. She did not push us at all. Anyone interested in an Audi, Porche or Volvo would be well advised to investigate what Fathers and Sons could do for them. More
