Easy buying experience. This is my third Audi purchase from Fathers & Sons. When the time came to purchase another vehicle, I had no doubt I would return to Fathers & Sons. This is my third Audi purchase from Fathers & Sons. When the time came to purchase another vehicle, I had no doubt I would return to Fathers & Sons. To begin with, no "pushy salesmen" and the process of trading/purchasing was hassle free. As a woman, I went in thinking I may be taken advantage of but I was provided with options/information, offered a good deal from the start, and was given time to think over the purchase. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I felt they worked as a team rather than individually. The service Fathers & Sons offers is terrific too. I am thankful for the loaner cars they offer/have available so that while my car is in for service, I can take their loaner car (usually much nicer than the car I bring in for service) to get back to work and swap back later. Again, the loaner car option is absolutely hassle free too. More

I purchased an Audi A4, which I have wanted for quite some time! And his hasn't disappointed! Jonathan Schulz was our salesman, and he was terrific. We even had him come on three different test drives in three different car, and he explained all the attributes of each vehicle. He knew his facts and knew how each car drove and addressed any questions I had. I was also impressed with Phil, whom i believe is the manager. He addresses concerns I had, and went out of his way to make sure my experience was nothing but satisfying. Brenden was the brand new finance manager and he helped me tremendously as well. My husband and I are once again happy customers, and will continue to make Father's and Sons our Car Dealership of choice! Joanne More

Smooth sailing I knew that I wanted to trade up to a 2016 Allroad with certain features and color, but not the two on the lot. They found one in Boston which was satisfactory, and I had it four days later. I feel I got a fair price for my 2013 Allroad. This was my third new Audi purchase here in the last seven years. More
understaffed & aloof My friend and I went to test drive an Audi Q3 one Sunday afternoon recently. It was the last Sunday of the month and apparently it is a time when Fat My friend and I went to test drive an Audi Q3 one Sunday afternoon recently. It was the last Sunday of the month and apparently it is a time when Father's and Sons tends to be very busy, because it is the only Sunday they are open. It became evident shortly after we arrived that they were understaffed for the amount of people to service. After arriving, we walked around the parking lot, looking at cars, and hoping that someone would greet us and make us feel welcome. When that didn't happen, I went inside to see if there was an available person to assist us. Salesmen ( I didn't see any saleswomen ) were busy with other clients which is understandable. But too busy to say "hello, how may I assist you today"? There was no receptionist at the desk, and in that kind of situation, people are really on their own. In fact, there were a few product specialists who walked right by me as if I were not there at all. Not a great feeling. We almost left at that point, but since we made the trip from Northampton, we decided to stay. After coming back outside and not receiving any help again, nor acknowledgement that we were even present in the first place by anyone who worked there, I went back inside and once again was ignored. I hope this isn't business as usual, because it certainly is not endearing. One product specialist was paying attention that day, and that was Jonathan Schulz. Jonathan to the rescue! He eventually allowed us to test drive the car we wanted to see, which was amazing ( the car and the opportunity to take the wheels ourselves), but by this time they were near closing time. Jonathan was very friendly and even took us out back to see some of the 2016 models. He did tell me that I would need to have my car serviced at the Audi dealership or risk voiding my warranty, which may be true for warranty parts, but if I am correct, the Federal Trade Commission feels differently about general maintenance such as oil changes, etc. More
