The price for my new car was reasonable, but the trade offer from the dealer was a bit lower than expected. They advertised the KBB value (higher) for comparison on cars being sold but offered Edmunds value (lower) on trade. Somehow my trade went from Edmunds good/fair to KBB excellent in a matter of hours from when I traded it to when they offered it for sale; maybe they are just fast at servicing trade-in vehicles. The F&I department got me a great rate on a loan. The representative was visibly disappointed when I did not take one of their Fidelity extended warranty/service contracts. Overall, a good experience, just get an idea of trade value before showing up at the dealership, and make sure that they have the title in hand for used vehicles if you are eager to take delivery.
