My experience was great here. Lori Monroe in internet sales kept me up to date on the Audi Avant I was looking for without being obtrusive while I found the time to drive 200 miles to look at it. Shera S sales kept me up to date on the Audi Avant I was looking for without being obtrusive while I found the time to drive 200 miles to look at it. Shera Smith who became my salesperson when I arrived and walked me through the buy process, answered all my questions and made it MUCH easier for me by finding a way I could get my car w/o having to drive another 200 miles back to Fathers & Sons. Walt, the driver who got my car registered and to my house in perfect condition. EVERY person I dealt with at F&S in any capacity was helpful and professional. I was looking for a specific car-a 2010-11 A-4 Avant. Of the 5 I found in the area, F&S had one with the 2nd lowest mileage and the BEST price. On top of that when I arrived I found out that it was an Audi Certified car. I hhave had it for 3 days now and am very pleased.
