Very bad experience. I entered into a purchase and sale agreement on November 9th. At that time I expected I would take ownership of the vehicle in a short period of time. I was informed after I entered agreement on November 9th. At that time I expected I would take ownership of the vehicle in a short period of time. I was informed after I entered the purchase agreement that their was a title issue but it would be resolved shortly. I called my sales person a couple of days later and was informed it would be a few more days. I then continued to call my sales person on a weekly basis and he informed me he would call me back with a status update (this never occured). I finally sent an e-mail into the dealership after 3 weeks of waiting, and finally on December 11th took posession of the vehicle. I understand title problems occur but the communication was very poor. I was never offered anything (price discount, free servicng, ect.) during this time period as well to account for my patience in waiting to take possession of the vehicle. More

Alfonso was a very friendly salesman. Our sales representative, William Visneau, was extremely courteous, very knowledgable regarding the type of vehicle we were interested in, and quite accommodating in obtaining the right car for us. Hello this is Slawomir Roszkowski, everything was all smiles and shakes when I was purchasing the Silverado, I paid what I wanted, I was happy. The vehicle was clean at the pick up, person delivering it was friendly. Later that day I was looking for a second key - missing. I called Maria - LM - no call back, I waited 2 days and I called again she told me there is only one key, In my opinion this needs to be disclosed during the sale, because this is not a $2.99 key at your local Home Depot. She told me to call the manager at ext. 226 David I think. I called and again VMail - I explained what happened, I told they should ether disclose during negotiations or do the right thing and pay for the key, because when you buy a car you get 2. Can someone upstairs call me so we can solve this problem - 203-556-3809 Thanks, I don't want to put this story on you online reviews - but I have pleanty of time to do it. We visited Fathers and Sons in West Springfield MA in late October 2013, as Volvo was one of our possible choices when looking for a new vehicle. On our first visit, we met Bill Visneau from the sales d late October 2013, as Volvo was one of our possible choices when looking for a new vehicle. On our first visit, we met Bill Visneau from the sales department. Bill was extremely knowledgeable in regards to the model we were considering (Volvo XC60 turbo) and was was able to answer all our questions as to options, handling, rebates, price, etc. There were no games with quoting a price--no running back and forth between a third party with changes on pricing or deals-- he gave us one price--the best we found--and stuck with it. Bill was very laid back and easy to deal with. There was no pushy sales pitch or deadlines for us to decide. From the first test drive right through the purchase, we never felt rushed or pressured. When we chose to think about the vehicle for a day or so, there were no phone calls to convince us...we called Bill when we were ready. He located the vehicle we wanted and had it delivered and ready promptly, including registration, inspection and a full tank of gas. After the purchase, he spent a full hour going over all the options and giving a tutorial on how to use them. In addition to making us feel very comfortable before and throughout the sale, he took the time to take us us into the service area, introducing us to the staff and making sure we knew where to go when returning for service and what was offered from that department. Honestly, if another dealership had offered us the same price or even a little lower for the same vehicle, we still would have made our purchase through Bill at Fathers and Sons. We highly recommend Bill Visneau of Fathers and Sons. More
