We originally the dealership for a used Mecedes, switched to a new Volvo, then settled on a used CPO Volvo. Needless to say Tim was patient and helped us work through the process. After owning my car for the last 5+ years, I finally decided to get something different. I had reviewed several 3 series bmw's online, and had one I was interested in, at another dealership. On my way into work, I notice the 328xi coupe in front of the pre-owned lot. I stopped in after work and was greeted by Jim. Always concerned about the lengthy process of car purchase, Jim seemed to put me immediately at ease. On the test drive we discussed the car, European vehicles overall and a multitude of items having nothing to do with the car. He is completely genuine and direct to the point. At no point did I feel rushed, pressured or hurried in any way. He was concerned that I was happy, and alright with the overall process. His customer service mentality is something missing in a lot of places today. The "price haggle" was simple, I already knew where I wanted to be, new the approx. value of both vehicles and felt like we both gave to get. Overall Jim made the experience easy, and I would definitely give him the first shot at my business in the future. I walked into the dealership not sure if I was completely ready to purchase or not, and walked out with my new (to me) car... and happy I did. More

Because I live 1 1/2 hours away, he helped me do everything by i-phone or fax. He also has helped me decide which options I want, and listened to the things that were important to me. He is very low key, but helpful and always answered my questions quickly. He has definitely been my favorite car dealer I've ever worked with! More
