Tom Calkins' product knowledge and professionalism set him apart from every other car representative I dealt with in making this transaction. He was very straight forward in his approach which my wife and I greatly appreciated. Tom, unlike other marketing people, tends to market the steak rather than the sizzle. His business attitude takes all of the nonsense out of the transaction, and he makes it easy and comfortable for the customer to do business with him. I definitely think anyone looking for a high end car should test drive a Volvo. It is truly one of the best handling road cars I have ever owned, and I have been buying cars for over 40 years.
