At the time of purchase my 80 year old mother needed to find a car that she could easily sit down in on the passage side. The saleman took my mother to all the different show room cars and had her sit in each one until she found the right height which was the XC70 that I purchased. She was so impressed that he took the time to make her happy. The service department is always willing to work with you on scheduling a visit and if something needs replacement they inform you completely on what it is and why it needs to be fixed. The waiting room is pleasant to sit in with it's large window view of new Volvos outside. The overall experience has been great! More

We asked the service department who they recommend to install a remote start; they were candid and told us to have no one mess with our Saab electrical system, as they get a lot of repair business from those that do.
