I have always wanted to buy a car from Tom. I trust him like a brother and was treated like family. Tom was very knowledgable and able to answer my questions in a manner that I could understand. I originally came in to look at an XC90, but after he inspected that particular used car, he showed me another X in a manner that I could understand.
